  1. An in-depth briefing call will define role specification, critical success factors, personal competencies & organizational culture.
  2. A detailed project plan is presented for approval. This includes dates for project update, estimated hours & costs to complete the assignment for budgeting purposes.
  3. Target audiences for the search & potential research and attraction channels will be agreed. A comprehensive list of target companies & candidates to approach will be submitted to you for approval within approximately two weeks.
  4. Comprehensive telephone, interviews, SKYPE and/or face to face candidate interviews are arranged and conducted in line with the project plan.
  5. Shortlisted & validated high-potential candidates are presented. This talent is then discussed with the all relevant stakeholders to agree next steps and where necessary enhance the role brief.
  6. Telephone calls are scheduled with all unsuccessful candidates to provide appropriate & supportive feedback and ensure they receive a positive candidate experience.
